About the Role:

As a Welfare Benefits Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of our mission—helping individuals navigate the welfare system, secure benefits, grants, and discounts, and challenge unfair decisions. Your expertise will contribute to our cutting-edge AI-powered solutions for income maximisation.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Conduct detailed benefit entitlement assessments and provide hands-on application support

✔ Manage complex cases, including appeals and tribunal representation

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Strong knowledge of UK welfare benefits (Universal Credit, PIP, housing-related entitlements)

✅ Experience in handling complex cases and appeals

✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

✅ Organisational and analytical ability to manage multiple priorities
